History

Ownership and Principles

R&R Taylor Construction, Inc. is owned by Raymond Padilla and Russell Olsen, both of whom play an important role in the execution of all construction projects.  Both Ray and Russ have been with the company since 1984, learning the business on the job, and assuming ownership in July of 2002.   Both owners are active in the bidding process, and serve as Construction Managers.

 

History and Growth of Firm

R&R Taylor Construction has been in business in the construction industry since the mid 1940’s. There have been four name changes: A.B. Taylor Construction, Robert A. Taylor Construction, Taylor Construction, and now R&R Taylor Construction, Inc. The company was originally family owned until employees bought out the family and the company became known as Taylor Construction. It continues to be employee owned to this day.

The firm has a vast history as a General Contractor specializing in bonded construction, commercial construction, historic restoration and Green LEED construction. Many clients have used our firm for more than one major project.
