History

Ownership and Principles

R&R Taylor Construction, Inc. is owned by Raymond Padilla and Russell Olsen, both of whom play an important role in the execution of all construction projects.  Both Ray and Russ have been with the company since 1984, learning the business on the job, and assuming ownership in July of 2002.   Both owners are active in the bidding process, and serve as Construction Managers.

R&R Taylor Construction, Inc. administers all projects out of one office located at 1775 Love Lane in Bozeman, Montana.

History and Growth of Firm

Taylor Construction has been in business in the construction industry locally since the mid 1940’s.  There have been four name changes: A.B. Taylor, Robert A. Taylor, Taylor Construction, and now R&R Taylor Construction, Inc.

The firm has a vast history as a Commercial General Contractor, with projects throughout the Gallatin Valley and Montana.  Many clients have used the firm for more than one major project, including Sky Federal Credit Union, First Security Bank, West Paw Design, and the City of Bozeman.

Raymond Padilla and Russell Olsen have been with Taylor since the Robert A. Taylor era, taking over ownership in July of 2002.  R&R Taylor Construction, Inc. currently has 30 employees, administered out of one office located at 1775 Love Lane, Bozeman, Montana.

Presented for the Ro Sham Bo Building located at 17 & 19 South Tracy Avenue, Bozeman, Montana.

Best Historical Restoration

Project presented for Hamilton Hall on the MSU Campus. Presented by the Montana Contractor’s Association building Excellence Awards Program.
