Printing For Less (printingforless.com)
Livingston, Montana
R&R Taylor Construction engaged in this project as General Contractor/Construction Manager-At Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Project Manager was involved from Pre-Construction to finish, consulting on infrastructure, working with the City of Livingston to install utilities, until the project’s completion. This 47,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility presented many challenges from the groundwater and drainage issues and having to blast rock to nature’s elements of wind, snow and rain.
West Paw Design
Taylor Construction completed new construction of the original West Paw Design manufacturing facility in July 2001. All consideration was made at that time that expansion would be a possibility. The owner needed a clear span facility so as his market changed they could reconfigure the manufacturing/ production without dealing with walls or columns. The tilt up concrete with a Behlins metal roof system would allow that.

MSU Hamilton Hall, First Floor Adaptive Re-Use
Bozeman, Montana
The Hamilton Hall project on the campus of Montana State University required extensive structural stabilization to complete this historic upgrade of architect Fred Willson’s design. The existing wood structure was removed, and existing wood floor and framing was shored up. While the third and fourth floors were occupied, four feet of excavation was done in order to install new concrete footings, and new steel for the first and second floors. This project required extensive communication to insure the safety, comfort, and needs of employees and clients accessing the third and fourth floors.
